Holiday Home Bathroom 1 of 2.

One year ago, we were approached by a customer with a truly unique request: to quote for the renovation of two bathrooms in their holiday home. What made this project extraordinary? The customer was contacting us all the way from Melbourne, Australia.

What followed was a whirlwind of late-night and early-morning FaceTime appointments, countless emails back and forth, and even an 11,000-mile flying visit to Morpeth, England, to finalize tile choices and specifications. After months of planning and communication, we’re thrilled to say the first of the two bathrooms is now complete!

Choosing the right company for a project from such a distance is no easy decision, but when you find someone you trust, the results speak for themselves. It was an honor to earn that trust and deliver a finished product we can all be proud of.
That said, this wasn’t a straightforward job. This 150-year-old townhouse threw every challenge imaginable at us:
• A crooked window.
• A misaligned door and frame.
• A sloped ceiling.
• Four walls completely out of square.
• And a floor that was 30mm out of level.
Facing one or two of these obstacles is normal for a property of this age—but this project gave us the full house! Despite the hurdles, we tackled every issue head-on, working tirelessly to achieve a stunning result that exceeded expectations.

We couldn’t be prouder of the transformation. If only we had taken more “before” photos to show just how far this space has come!

Bathroom 1 of 2: completed with care, precision, and plenty of determination. Now onto the next one!
