We recently had our bathroom installed by Darren. After originally contacting Darren 3 years ago, due to personal reasons, we had to delay our bathroom refit but knew he was the right person to do the job.
When we contacted Darren 3 years later he still had all the details and was able to provide a new upto date quote.
From the start we were kept upto date with everything. On the week of installation Darren and Rob were very professional, the house was kept tidy and we were asked everyday if we had questions.

Really happy with our new bathroom! Darren and Rob at DS Bathrooms have done a cracking job. Great lads, really easy to deal with and everything’s been finished to a really high standard.

High quality, efficient and friendly - great job!

Overall, we were very happy with DS bathrooms start-to-finish, and have been using our new en-suite for a week now and it's been fantastic!

Darren was very transparent throughout, including when unforeseen circumstances put our install week back by a couple of months. It was worth the wait. Each morning we were asked if we had any questions, and the entire installation was performed while we were working from home with minimal impact.

Of the many bathroom fitting experiences I have had over a lifetime, this was by far the easiest and least stressful. Darren and Rob are lovely lads, real gentlemen who make a slick and efficient team, starting the job on the scheduled day and finishing in 4 days. Darren's design skills and gentle persuasion in the face of someone with old fashioned ideas have given me a bathroom beyond my expectations. I love it! Would recommend them 100%.

Needed some minor work done in the bathroom and en-suite.  Told Darren what my thoughts were but he explained why my ideas won't work and he reduced the amount of work required. Obviously this meant he earned less. He could have just carried out my ideas (I'm sure some companies would have) but this demonstrates how he wants to do the best for his customers.
After the work was completed and Darren had left I messaged him with a query. He replied in a timely manner and answered my question satisfactorily.
The work done is to a high standard and there was no mess left behind.

I found Darren to be very honest and both he and Rob respected my home as well as me and my husband. At every stage, from first contacting him to the completion of the work it was a pleasure dealing with him.  He has pride in his work and it was evident that he wants to do the best job possible.

Darren gave us a quote to renovate our very tired 70's en-suite.  He  designed two equally inspired options  to choose from.  Darren is in such demand the wait time was 2 months for a start date but the marvelous outcome at completion was well worth the wait.  Darren and Rob are 2 lovely, highly motivated, skilled professionals. They kept us informed each night as to what the next days schedule was  and what time they would arrive.  All work carried out was to a very high standard with meticulous attention to detail. The work was completed on schedule and we are absolutely delighted with the outstanding result. DS Bathrooms just completed installation of our gorgeous new bathroom & a new shower in our en suite.
From the initial consultation to completing the installation, Darren was professional and courteous throughout. While he certainly wasn’t the cheapest (Darren is the first to admit this), we believe you get what you pay for and this is what we got:
• Initial consultation including a home visit to measure up and talk through our options.
• A visit to DS Bathrooms to look at samples and discuss design layouts.
• Bespoke design of both projects, with a full breakdown of costs.
• Full removal & disposal of old suites.
• Full installation of new suites.
• Any adjustments or issues we had were quickly resolved with no quibbling.
