When you take pride in your work, you go that extra mile as standard, and that I did as with any install I do week in week out. The additional work put in to get this existing toilet boxing removed was 100% worth it just to see a bigger smile on our customers face. The finiah is much better, and the customer is much happier with the better outcome, and the after photos look damn right sight betterto. How long did thsi take? I’d say about an extra hours labour.

This weeks customer highlighted that she hated the exisiting pipework as it was always difficult to keep clean, little did she know I shared the same thought and hiding the pipework out of sight is my speciality!
