For any of you who have a Persimmons new build home, you can definitely relate to this customers issues. Every home survey that involves a persimmons bathroom I always get told they cannot clean down between the shower tray and screen, which is almost mentioned on every survey. As well as the major leaks they’ve had, it was time to get rid and replace it with a proper installed bathroom.

My first suggestion on the design phase was to get rid of the stud wall which made this huge bathroom feel small, and my suggestion 100% nailed that issue in the after images. This bathroom has a lot more products in and feels so much bigger and is much more practical for a large family bathroom.
