When you complete four installs for the same customer over a four-year span, it becomes more than just work, it becomes a relationship. Along the way, I’ve made a genuinely good friend. He’s the sort of bloke you’d happily ring just for a chat about anything.

Sadly (unless he goes and buys a bloody new house), this will be the last install I do for him, which makes it all the more special. It’s been an absolute pleasure working in your home.

This final bathroom was his son’s en-suite. We stripped out the original builder-spec setup and replaced it with something that has a bit more pizzazz. He wanted nothing but the best for his lad, even going the full hog with a digital shower… purely so he can turn it ice-cold from his phone while his son’s in there.
