1. Survey

We spend approximately 1 hour at your home getting detailed requirements and measurements for your tailor-made bathroom. We promise no hard sales, and no figures are discussed on a survey. We deal with prices away from you via email in your own privacy, so as to remove any pressure from your decision making process.

2. Design & Quote

We provide you with complete 3D mockup designs and measurements so you can visualise the new bathroom in the most realistic manner possible. Your quotation will be sent via email along with your 3D designs.

3. Booking Install

We agree on an installation date to suit you. Our working diary is booked several months in advance at any point in time, although we endeavour to work with you to get the work booked and completed as close as possible to your desired date.

4. Installation

Your installation day has arrived! We project manage everything so you can sit back and relax knowing everything is taken care of from start to finish. Not only is all of the work completed in a professional manner, and to the highest of standards, but we also ensure all mess is removed and cleaned away from your premises before we sign off form the job.

5. Aftercare

All of our installations come with a 12 month peace-of-mind guarantee. Our aftercare service, should you ever need it, is second to none.
